Justin Taylor
Justin is the co-founder of ADGroup LLC and CEO of Pure Power Contractors. With over 25 years of experience in electrical construction and 15 years in utility-scale solar, he has been instrumental in advancing renewable energy across the Carolinas. He also brings over a decade of expertise in EV charging infrastructure. Under his leadership, Pure Power has delivered more than 2 GW of solar projects and is consistently recognized as a Top Solar Contractor by Solar Power World.
Justin Coffey
Justin is the co-founder of ADGroup LLC and CFO of Pure Power Contractors, bringing over 18 years of experience in development, construction, and asset management. For the past seven years, he has focused on renewable energy, overseeing tax credit strategy, project financials, and deal structuring. His background also includes more than $250 million in real estate development across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors.
Jeff Constantineau
Jeff leads corporate strategy and operations for ADGroup LLC, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in finance and solar lending. Before joining ADGroup, he was a founding member and managing director of Sunlight Financial, where he helped originate $5 billion in residential solar financing. Earlier in his career, Jeff managed a $70 billion secured lending portfolio at Bank of America. He also co-founded Koulomb LLC, an EV charging operator serving the Southeast.
Mark Cann
Mark brings over 12 years of experience in renewable energy development, with expertise spanning project origination, asset management, and utility-scale execution. His background includes development of both commercial and industrial (C&I) solar projects and large-scale solar infrastructure across the Southeast. Mark’s comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle, from land acquisition to long-term operations, helps drive ADGroup’s strategic growth in the renewable energy sector.
Bryson Todd
Bryson manages operations for ADG, primarily focused on greenfield development, landowner relationships and project management. Bryson also leads business development for Koulomb LLC securing new locations and strategic partnerships. Bryson is currently pursuing an Information Management Systems degree at the University of South Carolina.
